The delivery options depend on which country the parcel is to be sent to.

You receive an email with tracking when your order has been packed and dispatched.

Delivery to Denmark

In Denmark you can choose between several delivery options.

You can usually choose delivery with:

DAO

GLS

PostNord

collection at Sikamut by arrangement

You can choose delivery to a parcel shop, parcel box, private address or business address, depending on what the carrier offers to your address.

A parcel shop is usually the cheapest form of delivery, while home delivery typically costs a little more.

Collection at Sikamut

You can also choose free collection at Sikamut.

Collection takes place by arrangement, and you are notified when your order is ready.

Sikamut
Håbetsvej 14
8700 Horsens
Denmark

Delivery to Sweden

We ship to Sweden with PostNord.

When you order to Sweden, you can choose between the delivery options shown at checkout. That could for example be delivery to a PostNord agent/parcel shop or delivery to a home address where that is possible.

The shipping price is shown clearly before you pay.

When the parcel has been dispatched, you receive tracking by email so you can follow the parcel on its way.

Delivery to Norway

We ship to Norway with PostNord.

When you order to Norway, you can choose between the delivery options shown at checkout. That could for example be delivery to a PostNord pick-up point or home delivery where that is possible.

The shipping price is shown clearly before you pay.

Please note that Norway is outside the EU. Special rules for VAT, customs and duties may therefore apply.

Delivery to the Faroe Islands

We ship to the Faroe Islands with PostNord.

The shipping price is shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery to the Faroe Islands can take a little longer than delivery in Denmark, Sweden and the rest of the EU. When the parcel has been dispatched, you receive tracking by email.

Delivery to Greenland

We ship to Greenland with PostNord.

The shipping price is shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery to Greenland can take longer than delivery in Denmark and the rest of Scandinavia, as the parcel often has to be transported over longer distances and sometimes onwards within Greenland.

You receive tracking by email when your order has been dispatched.

Delivery to Europe

We ship to selected European countries with PostNord.

The specific delivery options and shipping prices are shown at checkout once you have entered your delivery address.

If your country cannot be selected at checkout, you are always welcome to contact us. Then we will see whether we can help with a solution.

Free shipping and discount codes

At times we offer free shipping or discount codes, for example in connection with newsletters and campaigns.

If you have a discount code, it must be entered at checkout before you pay.

Please note that free shipping may be limited to particular countries, delivery methods or order amounts. This will always be stated in the specific campaign.

Delivery time

We send your order as quickly as possible.

The delivery time depends on which country the parcel is to be sent to, and which carrier you choose.

In Denmark it is usually quickest. Delivery to Sweden, Norway, the Faroe Islands, Greenland and other European countries can take longer.

In busy periods, on public holidays, in bad weather or during customs clearance, delays can occur at the carrier.

When your parcel has been dispatched

When your order has been packed and dispatched, you receive an email with tracking.

After that you can follow the parcel with the chosen carrier.

Remember to look out for messages from the carrier, especially if the parcel is to be collected at a parcel shop, an agent or a pick-up point.

If the parcel is not collected

If a parcel is not collected and is therefore returned to Sikamut, that is not regarded as an ordinary return.

Please contact us if you have problems collecting your parcel, and we will find a solution if that is possible.

Returns

If you want to return an item, you should use our page about returns.

There you will find information about the right of return, the return portal and how to send the item back from Denmark, Sweden or Norway.

👉 Read more about returns, right of withdrawal and exchanges

Questions about delivery

If you have questions about delivery, you are always welcome to write to us.

Mail: salg@sika-mut.dk
Phone: +45 5098 3865

Delivery At Sikamut we pack your order nicely and send it as quickly as possible.
