After that you have 14 days to send the item back to us.

The easiest way is to create your return through our return portal. You are very welcome to use the original packaging if it is still suitable.

Refunds

When you withdraw from your entire purchase, we refund the amount you have paid for the item as well as the price of our cheapest ordinary delivery method.

If you have chosen a more expensive delivery method, we do not refund the additional cost compared with standard delivery.

The refund is made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we have received your message that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.

We can, however, withhold the refund until we have received the item, or you have sent us documentation that the item has been returned.

The money is as a rule refunded to the same payment method you used for the purchase.

Exchanges

If you would rather exchange the item for, for example, another size, colour or item, we are happy to help with that.

There is a return note in your parcel. Write on it whether you want your money back or would like to exchange the item.

If you want an exchange, write clearly which item, size or variant you would like instead.

The return note helps us process your return quickly, but it is not a condition for you to use your right of withdrawal.

You are also always welcome to contact us.

→ Contact Sikamut

Uncollected parcels

It is not enough simply to refrain from collecting or receiving a parcel if you wish to withdraw from your purchase.

You must also tell us that you wish to use your right of withdrawal.

If an uncollected parcel is sent back to Sikamut, you may be charged the actual costs in connection with the return shipment.

If you have problems collecting your parcel, please contact us.
