Paying at Sikamut should be simple and safe – wherever you order from.
The payment options available to you are shown at checkout, before you complete your purchase. The options may vary depending on country, currency and order.
You can always see the total amount and the currency you are paying in before you approve your order.
Card payment
At Sikamut you can pay with:
- Dankort
- Visa/Dankort
- Visa
- Mastercard
When paying by card, the amount is not withdrawn until your order is dispatched from Sikamut.
In some cases your bank or card issuer may reserve the amount on your account as soon as you complete the order. A reservation is not the same as Sikamut having taken the payment.
MobilePay and other payment options
You can pay with MobilePay when this option is shown at checkout.
Other payment options may also be available. Which options you are shown can depend on, among other things, the country you order from.
You can always see your options before you complete the purchase.
Bank transfer
You can pay by bank transfer when this option is shown at checkout.
With a bank transfer we send your order as soon as we can see that the payment has reached our account.
If we have not registered your payment within 5 days, we cancel the order.
You receive the necessary payment details in connection with your order.
When is the money withdrawn?
With ordinary card payment, Sikamut does not take the money until your order is dispatched.
If you choose another payment solution, the payment terms shown for that solution before you complete the payment apply.
