We take care to make the information, images, prices and stock status on Sikamut.dk as accurate as possible.

There may, however, be conditions that are good to know when you shop with us – especially because many of our items are made from natural materials.

Natural materials are not alike

Many of Sikamut’s items are made from natural materials such as sealskin, lambskin, fish skin, reindeer hide and wool.

Natural materials have their own expression. Colour, texture, direction of the hair and natural markings can therefore vary from item to item.

That means the item you receive is not necessarily completely identical to the item in the picture.

It is a natural part of the material and is part of what makes every item unique.

If, on the other hand, the item has an actual fault or differs significantly from the description, your right to complain of course still applies.

Colours in pictures

We do our best to reproduce the colours as accurately as possible.

Colours can, however, look slightly different from screen to screen, and glossy and dyed skins in particular can be hard to reproduce precisely in a photo.

If you are unsure about a colour or a skin, you are always welcome to contact us before your purchase.

Stock status

We update the stock on Sikamut.dk on an ongoing basis.

As several of our items exist in only a few copies, it can exceptionally happen that an item is no longer available even though it could be ordered in the shop.

If a problem arises with your order, we contact you as quickly as possible.

We do not replace an ordered item with another item without your consent.

Prices and obvious errors

The prices shown for your order appear before you complete the purchase.

We can change the prices of items that have not yet been ordered. A later price change does not change the price of an agreement already made.

Should there exceptionally be an obvious error in a price or other significant information, and it was clear or should have been clear that it was an error, that may affect the agreement.

If we discover an error in connection with your order, we contact you as quickly as possible.

Technical errors

Even though we look after the shop carefully, technical errors can occur.

That could for example be problems with stock status, the display of a price, the payment solution or other functions on the website.

If a technical error affects your order, we contact you as quickly as possible so that we can work out what has happened.

A technical error does not limit your rights as a consumer.
