The cushion’s colours go from a beige base colour into greyish shades – very true to the ringed seal’s colours, markings and patterns.
The zip is in a light beige that blends well into the colours of the fabric and is almost hidden in the fabric.
The pattern:
The cushion cover is sewn in a true-to-nature ringed seal print.
That means the print resembles the skin of a ringed seal, which is known for its characteristic round rings scattered all over the skin.
It is not genuine sealskin, but a detailed print that very lifelike reproduces the structure, colour depth and characteristic ringed seal nuances of the sealskin – just printed on a robust piece of canvas for a decorative and durable expression.

Easy stain removal with cold water: If you get a small stain on your canvas, you can get a long way with a damp cloth, cold water and a little mild soap. Rub gently in circles – avoid hard brushes, so you protect the fabric’s surface.

Let it dry in the shade: If your canvas product has got wet, it must dry naturally at room temperature. Avoid direct, strong sunlight or radiator drying, as it can make the cotton fibres stiff.

Give it a shield of wax: Do you want to make your canvas extra water-repellent? You can easily give untreated canvas a thin layer of natural beeswax or textile waterproofing – then the water drops will bead straight off.
